Packages & Series may be used by one person only. They are not refundable and DO have a 1 year expiration.

A deposit is required when booking 3 or more appointments in one day (per person or group) and for 
SATURDAY and HOLIDAY BOOKINGS, based on cancellation guidelines below. 
Also, due to the high cost of our body wrap solution and it being customized per client, which has to be thrown out if you are unable to keep your appointment, we require PRE-PAYMENT upon scheduling your body wrap
(Non-refundable, but can be rescheduled based on cancellation policy guidelines below). 
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required on ALL hair extensions.
An additional 1-3.5% FEE may be charged for cards keyed-in over the phone.

A 50% non-refundable deposit, based on services value, is required to hold the date for parties of 4 or more including bridal parties. The balance is due within 7 days of your event (15 days for large parties). 
A 20% gratuity will be charged for all parties of 4 or more the day of the event. An additional 1-3.5% FEE will be charged for cards keyed-in over the phone.

Gift Certificates
May we suggest our gift certificate as an ideal year around gift for any special occasion or thank you.
Phone and mail orders are available. The promotional value of any packages or specials purchased on gift certificates expires ONE YEAR from the purchase date, however the amount paid never expires. 
An additional 1-3.5% FEE may be charged for cards keyed-in over the phone.

Late Arrivals
We strive to maintain our schedule and avoid having long waits for those that arrive on time for their appointments. Any customers arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be given the option of rescheduling their appointment (monetary penalties may apply) for another time/day or to go forward with the appointment but with a reduction in service time. We cannot guarantee all requested services for late arrival.

Rush Fee
A $50 rush fee will be assessed to after hours appointments, special requests to open on days we are normally closed and some rush appointment requests.

Service Cancellation Policy
Each client is very important to us, so we ask that you cancel your appointment well in advance. 
Because our highly trained, certified Technicians are scheduled By Appointment Only, we respectfully ask for no less than 24 hours advance notification if you need to change or cancel your appointment time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the value of your service. If you fail to keep your appointment without prior notification or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, the full price of your service or one pre-purchased series will be charged.  This also applies to Gift Certificate & Groupon holders. 
We reserve the right to refuse re-booking to clients who reschedule an appointment more than 3 times and any pre-paid deposits, Groupon vouchers, etc will NOT be refunded.

Groupon Policy 
Expired Groupons are Valid ONLY for SAME package purchased, no substitutions.  The price paid for the Groupon does not expire, but the "PROMOTIONAL price" expires 120 days from the purchase date. The price difference for the package MUST be paid upon booking. Vouchers are valid for new customers only. Appointment required. Standard cancellation policy applies. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. Limit 1 per visit, per person or couple. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person/couple. Subject to availability. Package for 2 is not a couples service. In order to request upgrade for couple services, an additional fee will apply.  Valid Tuesday - Friday. Not valid on Saturdays or holidays.

Credit Card is charged each month on the day of the month that you joined the program.
A 30 day notice is required to cancel ALL memberships. 
If for any reason your automatic payment is declined or charged back, but benefits have been used, you will be responsible for the FULL cost of FREE benefits received
 (you will need to pay the current advertised retail price for all services used)
For individual clients only. Membership cannot be shared with other people.

Hair Salon Disclaimer
Please make sure that you have an ACCURATE Client History Form completed and let us know what Shampoo & Conditioner you are using (especially if you are using WEN, Pantene or other non-professional brands) PRIOR to receiving a service in our Salon, as these can affect how the service processes. ​If you are using these brands, we may need to do a clarifying treatment before your service which will be $10-15 extra depending on the length/thickness of your hair.

We can NOT guarantee the outcome of your service if you do not!

Service Guarantee
We offer a 100% guarantee on services. No refunds. You may receive a redo appointment at any time within the first 7 days for most services. This guarantee may vary on some services. Due to the delicate nature & necessary home care of lash extensions, we guarantee them for 48 hours ONLY. We can NOT guarantee the results & longevity of any Hair Extensions or any Smoothing/Straightening treatments if you do NOT purchase the at home care products FROM US (shampoo, conditioner & styling aids) for that service.

Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS on services or retail. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
Exchanges MAY be granted in some cases & Reschedules will be granted on pre-paid services if cancelled with MORE than 24 hours notice.

Confidentiality Policy
Grafin Blau Spa does not share personal information on any client.

Gratuity is not required, but graciously appreciated.

Payment Methods Accepted
Cash, Debit & All Major Credit Cards Accepted (additional 2.7-3.5% FEE for cards keyed-in over phone)
Checks accepted ONLY with prior approval. 
A fee of $25 will be charged on any returned checks or disputed credit card transactions.
